Andy’s career has taken him from the fast-paced world of ad tech to the highly secure and demanding realm of national security and law enforcement. With over twelve years’ experience leading high-performing teams and launching cutting-edge products, he has built a reputation for aligning strategy, technology, and people to deliver impact at scale.

As Product Leader, Andy led a multi-disciplinary team developing advanced AI data intelligence solutions for government and national security clients. Before that, he was Head of Product and Success, where he guided the company through a major transformation that restored growth and cemented its position as a UK market leader.

Alongside his professional work, Andy serves as Team Leader and Director of the Holme Valley Mountain Rescue Team, coordinating life-saving search and rescue missions across Yorkshire.
