People should be your greatest asset,
but how often are they your biggest frustration?

Whether it's your team, your colleagues, your boss, your clients, or your suppliers you can use simple leadership skills to increase your influence and persuasion.

It's often said people are your greatest asset but how often does it feel like it? The people around you can make and save you immense amounts of time and money or they can cost you dearly. They can take away all your problems or they can create issues out of thin air.

The trick is knowing how to lead them toward one and away from the other. Thankfully we have simple, effective and easy to implement techniques for achieving that very thing.

Leadership Seminar

Someone bought us a joke mug for the office that says:

Being a manager is easy. It's like riding a bike. Except the bike is on fire, you're on fire, everything is on fire, and you're in hell.

All jokes are based on a grain of truth.

This probably brings to mind some of the frustrations you have right now or had in the past when managing people.

Don't think that because you have people issues you're doing something wrong. Being successful in business only serves to magnify the problem, because as you grow, you have to deal with greater numbers of people, whether they're employees, customers or suppliers. The better the business the more problems you're going to have with leadership.

We find so many companies struggling with hiring great people, maximising the performance of the people they already have, and preventing good people from leaving the company. Not to mention dealing with trouble makers, toxic behaviour, or just typical office politics and drama. Even day-to-day, normal, uneventful, run-of-the-mill people management can be incredibly complicated and frustrating. The size and shape of problems that people seem to be able to generate is infinite.

Managing people is not easy and why should it be? People can be messy and unpredictable and most managers have never had any training in it, or the training they have had wasn't effective.

We speak to business leaders every day who are keen to improve their leadership, they've read all the right books or do the training courses but struggle to stick to the changes for more than a couple of weeks. We've worked with thousands of people across hundreds of businesses and we find common threads that people encounter when trying to manage people.

Well, there's some good news for you because we've found that leaders are not born, they are made, and we can show you how.

Businesses Need Great Leaders

Harvard Business Review
Every company needs transformational leaders - those who spearhead changes, that elevate profitability, expand market share, and change the rules of the game in their industry. But few executives understand the unique strengths needed to become such a leader. Result? They miss the opportunity to develop those strengths. They and their firms lose out. — Harvard Business Review
Leadership Seminar

How is better leadership linked to business success?

Here are just some of the common benefits. As an experienced executive you'll easily see the impact any one of these can have on a business's results.

How much dormant productivity is in your company right now? What could you achieve if everyone were firing on all cylinders every day?

Frequently Asked Questions

Many people who don't directly manage others think leadership is irrelevant in their situation, not true. Do you work with other humans? Good news, you can use leadership skills. Leadership skills can be used to increase your influence and persuasion amongst everyone, not just direct reports. We fund the seminar out of our own pockets. We're so confident that people will love what they see that they'll want to work with us further. In our opinion that's the best marketing strategy. We want to show you what we can do, and how we can help you, and if you like it then you can choose to work with us further. If not, then that's fine too.
No, this is a 100% genuine training seminar. We will not try to sell you anything. We will not try to pitch you anything. We will not try to upsell you anything. We will not try to get you to sign up for anything. We will not try to get you to buy anything. We will not try to get you to do anything other than enjoy the seminar and learn some great stuff. We will not pressure you into anything. Only if you are genuinely interested in working with us further will we discuss that with you.
We don't allow competitors to attend our seminars. Unfortunately, in the past, some unscrupulous competitors have used the opportunity to poach clients from us. We define competitors as anyone who is in the business of training, coaching or consulting in the area of leadership, management, people development, or similar. If you are a competitor, or think you might be, and you want to attend, please contact us first to discuss.
