Jo Faller-Pope
Hi 🤩
I’m Jo, Regional Director at Quarterdeck, looking after our York and Hull regions.
My background is in digital and marketing agencies, where I’ve worked across client partnerships, digital strategy and delivery, helping brands grow and leading high-performing, award-worthy teams. I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible global brands such as Microsoft, Health & Happiness Group, Fortune Brands and Brompton Bikes. But, what’s always truly excited me is people. Building and nurturing successful teams, curating strong client partnerships and helping people around me to be the best version of themselves has been a constant thread in my career, and it’s the part that makes me tick the most. So here I am, to help others do just that!
Originally from Surrey (yes, I say Baar-th not Bath), I've spent the last 15 years in Yorkshire (a proud Yorkshire lass now!). My career has always centered on the idea that relationships are at the heart of leadership, whether it’s with your team, teams you collaborate with, clients, or those you mentor or are mentored by.
A few years ago, I found myself at a crossroads; doing well, but not feeling aligned or truly confident in myself or as a leader at work. That’s when I enrolled in Quarterdeck’s Inspirational Leadership Programme. It was a transformative experience that helped me unlock my true leadership potential, both at work and in life. Leadership isn’t just about what you do; it’s about who you are and how you show up consistently every day, everywhere.
Outside of work, I’ve become an advocate for balance and personal growth. I love Pilates, hiking, and cooking (with a glass of wine in hand usually - I’m currently studying for my WSET Level 2!). I also enjoy a bit of DIY, as I’m mid-way through a home renovation project, putting my Architecture degree to good use.
I’m here because I believe that leadership is a continuous journey of self-awareness and nurture, and I’m passionate about helping others navigate that journey with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
