Trident
A peer advisory board for graduates of the Inspirational Leadership Programme. Ten members. One full day every other month at Rudding Park, plus one hour coaching alternate months.
Shakespeare wrote “Uneasy lies the head that wears a crown.” The buck stops with you, and sometimes it’s lonely at the top. Trident gives you a group of people who understand what you’re going through and who have the expertise and experience to help.
Ten members, six full meeting days a year, and a private hour with Laura every other month.
The ILP works on four things: accountability, consistent practice, group learning and one-to-one coaching. Trident builds on the same foundations.
The ILP creates a foundation of leadership excellence, now Trident will help you build on that and provide you with any support you need to execute to your full ability, going beyond just leadership behaviour into whatever you’re dealing with at the time, be that marketing, sales, finance, personal issues, all with a trusted group of your peers.
Each meeting you’ll discuss issues and present on what action you’ve taken based on previous meetings discussions. Sometimes we might invite an expert speaker or pick an idea from a book to implement.
Ten ILP graduates, only top tier directors, none from a business that competes with yours. Everyone follows The Chatham House Rule, what’s said in the group stays in the group.
Laura chairs every meeting and takes every one-to-one.
You’ll find it hard to find another facilitator with the same breadth of experience: Police officer, Oxford academic, business owner, high end leadership consultant. She has taught the ILP for over ten years and wrote Everyday Leadership.
Covering six meeting days, breakfast & lunch, and six private hours with Laura. Invoiced quarterly.
