A collection of 7 leadership quotes to guide you on your journey as a leader.
Our aim is not to overwhelm you with quotes. We want to provide you with useful and insightful ideas to reflect upon that will actually help you in your life.
We will not be forever adding to this list. We will cap the quotes at a maximum of 365, that's more than anyone needs.
What's the point in reading a quote then doing nothing? If you're not going to act then save yourself the time and don't read them in the first place.
Reflection and action are of the utmost importance. That's why we add our own reflections to the quotes and encourage you to reflect on the quotes yourself and, most importanly, decide on how you are going to act differently, then do it. Of course it's fine to decide you don't need to do anything. As long as it's a decision.
Our aim is to be useful not accurate. The problem with quotes is they're often mis-quoted or mis-attributed. Often we'll find the person never actually said that thing or they said something entirely different.
We've done our best to make everything correct but sometimes the mis-quoted quote is better than the correct one. We know there are "errors" in our collection but we don't mind. Our goal is to inspire and help you move forwards, not have the most correct collection of quotes.
