Going against our general advice of not doing work email outside work hours. To be fair we never suggested blocking emails entirely:

For many of us, the ability to ignore our work emails out of hours would come as a welcome relief, but new research concludes that blocking employees from doing so could actually be detrimental to their wellbeing.

Shock, horror different people have different preferences! There is no one size fits all. We just need to make sure everyone can work in ways that they are most productive without generating a culture which pressurises people into working in ways that don't suit them.
