In business their overriding objective is to deliver sustainable improvement to all.
The Prince's Trust
Kim started her career in the drinks industry, working for Marston's and Diageo. After delivering in a highly commercial environment Kim chose to move to the third sector, working with The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and currently as Director of People and Learning at The Prince's Trust.
Alison is HR Director for Cox Automotive, International. She is responsible for leading the international people strategy and has held senior HR positions at Nestlé. She recently received a high commendation in the Transformational Leader category at the Northern Power Women Awards.
Deborah has had a varied career in communications, including years at The Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground, helping professional sports people get sponsorship deals and providing media training.
